Unfortunately, finding Dana wasn’t the only surprise they woke to. The hotel also has no electricity, thus no contact with the outside world. What was a snow storm has turned to treacherous ice, leaving guests stuck in this secluded hotel.
Though David is a criminal defense lawyer, most of the guests have a hard time imagining it was murder, or perhaps it was easier to convince themselves otherwise. That is, until they find writer Candace White strangled in her room later that day. It was inevitable then, paranoia and fear embeds in each of their thoughts. Did they book a vacation with a serial killer? Did they share stories and cheers with the killer the night before? Or was there someone else slinking about they don’t know about? Was there a connection they were missing between the two victims or was it just for sport?
